That depends on your health insurer and any additional health insurance. Prevention courses are not reimbursed from the basic insurance. Often they are from the additional insurance. With the help of an invoice and your proof of participation or certificate after the course, you can easily submit your claim to your health insurer. You can find the invoice directly in your webshop account and/or receive it from us by e-mail. You will receive the proof of participation or certificate after successfully completing the course. You can find this in your Heartbeat account. Check with your health insurer how exactly you can submit the claim.
