Health insurance reimbursement

First aid courses and resuscitation training from the Red Cross are (partially) reimbursed by many health insurers from a supplementary insurance policy. Often not from a basic health insurance policy. Did you follow one of our prevention courses this year? Or are you planning to follow a course? With a bit of luck you can take your course for free.

How can you declare your first aid course or CPR training?

With the help of an invoice and your proof of participation or certificate after the course, you can easily submit your claim to your health insurer. You will find the invoice directly in your webshop account or you will receive it by e-mail from the organizer. You will receive proof of participation or certificate after successful completion of the course. You can find this in your Heartbeat account. Check with your health insurer how exactly you can submit the claim.
